• Where to book a shuttle transfer to Geneva Airport:

Book online at one of our ticket counters in the arrivals hall of the airport or at the bus station.

Last minute you can also buy tickets the same day, at the Visitor Center of Geneva airport, or by contacting the representative directly at the ticket counter in the arrivals hall of the airport after having collected your luggage.

• Luggage rules and politics:

With chamtransfers.com, the rule is simple: no extra charges.

Cham-transfers declines any responsibility in case of loss or theft of objects left in our vehicles and their bunkers.

• Bans:

  • By respect for the passengers nonsmokers, it is not allowed to smoke in the bus.

  • Animals are not accepted in the bus.

• Rules in case of cancellation and / or modifications:

All cancellations / changes will be charged 50.-chf

• ​Delays and flights:

Cham-transfers is not responsible for traffic congestion and delays that are outside our control.

Civil and religious lines, strikes, demonstrations. Cham-Transfers can not be held responsible for the modifications imposed by these circumstances.

Cham-transferts is a scheduled line that must respect schedules, and can not be suspended in case of flight delays or other passengers.

• Attributions of places:

Any numbering of the seats, we will propose a bus at another time than that reserved for the remaining places without supplement.

If you can not take your bus, you can do it at no extra cost under the seating conditions, Cham-transfers does not guarantee travel.

Priority is always given to passengers who have booked in advance for a given schedule.

You may be allowed to take the shuttle at no extra charge, subject to availability.

• Traveling with children:

Cham-Transfers can be provided to the kids on the booster and accurate for 24h in advance.

• Responsability: 

Cham transfers decline any responsibilities for the damage caused by the delay, the cancellation of a running, or for any correspondence missed with any other means of transportation. Therefore, he cannot take care of expenses and of other consequences which can result from it.
